Shipping
Free shipping is provided on orders over £24. Otherwise, shipping and handling is charged at a low flat-rate of £2 per order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and fees will apply to each order individually. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via royal mail. If you prefer delivery by registered mail (signature may be required on delivery), please slect this option at checkout. Registered mail will incur additional cost.
Returns
Returns are accepted on damaged or defective items. In such case, items should be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Once we have received and assessed the returned item a refund will be actioned within 5 working days. Please note that funds can take 5-7 days to appear in your account. We regret that we can not refund your postage costs.
